Privacy Policy
Digital Evolution Marketing Group (“DEMG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through demg.ai (the “Site”), how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to this Policy. It works together with our Terms & Conditions.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. We collect information you provide directly, including when you:

- Schedule a call through our booking tool (such as your name, email, phone number, and scheduling details);
- Begin or complete our onboarding process (such as business and contact details, the services you’re interested in, project information, and any files or notes you provide);
- Subscribe to our newsletter or marketing emails (your email address);
- Communicate with us by email or otherwise.
Information we collect automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics providers automatically collect certain technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring URLs, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies and tracking” below). We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through the Site, and we ask that you not submit it.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and communicate with you;
- Schedule and prepare for calls and provide the services you request;
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and our services;
- Send newsletters, updates, and marketing messages you have opted into (you can opt out at any time);
- Understand how visitors use the Site through analytics;
- Detect, prevent, and address security issues, fraud, or technical problems;

3. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, and understand usage. These include:
- Essential cookies needed for the Site to function;
- Analytics and performance cookies — for example, through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics — that help us measure traffic and improve content.
You can control cookies through your browser settings and delete or block them at any time, though some features may not work as intended. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
4. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described here:
- Service providers. We share information with vendors that perform services for us, such as website hosting, database and backend infrastructure, customer-relationship management, scheduling, email delivery, payment processing, and analytics (for example, GoHighLevel, Google, Netlify, and Supabase). These providers may process your information only on our behalf and consistent with this Policy.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of DEMG, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers. If DEMG is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- With your direction. We share information when you ask us to or otherwise consent.
5. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites and services we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those sites. Please review their privacy policies before providing any information.
6. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to maintain our business records, and to comply with legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
7. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet or method of storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
