For agencies that sell content, SEO or social

A researched article a day for every client. Under your brand. No new writers.

ACE builds a Brain for each client, writes from it, checks every source, and scores every draft before it reaches your queue. Your logo, your portal address, your prices.

The cost

Your clients want content every day. Your margin can’t carry a writer for each one.

Every client on a content retainer needs the same things: research, a draft that sounds like them, sources that hold up, an image, a post for each channel, and a report that shows it worked.

Done by people, that’s hours per article, per client. Add a client and you add hours, so the margin never gets better as you grow.

The cost doesn’t show up as one big number. It shows up as the client you couldn’t take on and the retainer you priced too low.

The real problem

You don’t have a sales problem. You have a delivery problem.

You can sell content. Delivering it every day, for every client, in each client’s voice, with sources that survive a client’s review, is the hard part.

Writers get stretched across too many accounts, quality drifts, and the account manager turns into the editor.

Then the monthly report comes due, and someone has to explain what the client paid for.

What you've probably tried

Why the last attempt didn't stick, and why that wasn't on you.

Most agencies have tried at least one of these. Each one fails for a reason that has nothing to do with effort.

You hired writers.

Good writers cost real money, and each one can only hold so many clients’ voices in their head. Add clients and quality slips, or payroll grows faster than revenue.

You used a white-label content vendor.

The articles came back generic, because the vendor never had a file on your client’s offers, prices or claims. Your team rewrote them, so you paid twice.

You let the team use ChatGPT.

Fast, but every client started to sound the same, and nobody could trace the numbers. One bad claim on a regulated client’s blog is a lost account.

You tried an “autopilot” content tool.

It published plenty, under your client’s name, without anyone reading it first. That’s a call no agency wants to take.

Look at what's missing in every one. A record of what’s true about each client’s business. A check before anything reaches you. Your sign-off before anything goes live. ACE is built around exactly those three.

How ACE works

Brain first. Then the gate. Then you.

AI is good at writing. It's bad at knowing what's true about your business. ACE fixes the second problem first, then sends every article through the same three stops, in the same order. None of them can be skipped.

Stop 1 · The Brain

A record of what's true about your business, approved by you.

Before ACE writes a word, it builds your Brain from your website, your documents, your reviews and a short interview about whatever it couldn't find. It holds your offers, your prices, your voice, your customers, and the claims you can and can't make.

You review it and approve it. Your price, your guarantee, the claims to avoid and the words you never use are never filled in automatically. ACE only uses them once you've accepted them.

The Brain, from ACE's demo account (ACME Corporation, sample data)
Stop 2 · The gate

Seven scores. One bar. No exceptions.

Every draft is researched first: what ranks, what people ask, and the sources worth citing. Then it's scored on seven parts.

  • SEO
  • Answer engines (AEO)
  • AI citations (GEO)
  • Evidence
  • Readability
  • Voice
  • Strategy fit

A draft has to score at least 80 overall, and it can't fall below half marks on any single part. A draft with fewer than two sources, or a claim that isn't in your Brain, is held back.

You never see it. You only see the drafts that cleared.

The approval queue in the ACE demo, with Approve and Request changes on each draft
The approval queue, from ACE's demo account (sample data)
Stop 3 · Your approval

Nothing goes live without your Approve.

Drafts that clear the gate land in your queue with reviewer notes. Read it, edit it, or click “Apply these edits” and let ACE make the fixes. Then approve it.

An approval covers that exact version. Change it afterward and it waits for you again.

Then ACE publishes it, and checks its own work.

On the planned date, ACE publishes to your site and checks the live page: that it loads, that Google can fetch it, and that it's in your sitemap.

A few minutes after you approve, the matching email draft and social post drafts are ready to copy into your own tools.

Who built it

Built by an operator. Strict on purpose.

ACE comes from DEMG, the marketing systems company run by Jeff Barnes. Before DEMG, Jeff served on the nuclear submarine USS Jefferson City as an Assistant Quality Assurance Officer, writing and signing off more than 200 quality assurance packages. In the 25 years since, he's founded more than 12 businesses and built the marketing systems behind them.

If the gate looks strict, that's where it comes from. Quality assurance on a nuclear plant doesn't take anyone's word for it. ACE doesn't take a draft's word for it either.

It's also why the demo runs on a cartoon company. We don't put client accounts on display.

“You'll never find anyone who knows more about marketing technology. I've been in digital marketing for 25 years — Jeff and his team are the most sophisticated marketing tech folks I know.”

The figure was 45% in 2025 and 36% in 2024. The number needs context. The poll covered 1,500 U.S. investors aged 30 to 79, including 615 plan participants, between March 20 and April 15, 2026. Competitors and ads

See what your competitors are doing. Then do it better.

Most owners find out what a competitor changed when a customer mentions it. ACE checks every week, reads their ads, and tells you where the open ground is.

Included in every plan

The competitor watch

  • ✓A positioning map. Where each competitor stands on the two things your buyers care about, and the empty space nobody claims.
  • ✓Angles they can’t copy. Things you can say that a competitor can’t easily match, tied to what your customers actually say.
  • ✓A check every Monday. New pages on their sites, and Google ads started, stopped or stepped up. You get an email when something moves.
  • ✓A monthly read on each one. Estimated Google visits, Domain Rating, new first-page searches, their Facebook and Instagram ads, and their Google reviews.
  • ✓5 competitors tracked on Growth, 10 on Authority.
Add-on · buy ahead, run for any client

The Ad strategy report

ACE collects the ads your competitors run on Meta and Google, reads the pages those ads send people to, and sets them against your customers’ own words. Then it writes ads you can run, from your Brain.

  • →The read on your ad market, and the three ads to run first
  • →Who advertises to your customers, and where
  • →Each competitor’s longest-running ads and the pages behind them
  • →The angles everyone uses, and the ones nobody owns
  • →Ready-to-run ads: hook, text, headline, button, picture and landing page
  • →How to split your spend, a test plan, and how to grow it over 90 days

Ready in a few hours. Download it as a PDF, the ads as a spreadsheet, or the whole report as one file for your AI assistant. If a competitor runs no ads, the report says so. ACE never invents ad activity.

The agency program

Everything above, for every client. Under your name.

Agency pricing is wholesale: one agency fee, which includes ACE for your own business, plus a price per client account. It depends on how many clients you bring and how you bill them, so we set it on a call.

Under your brand

  • ✓Your logo, colours and name on the portal, emails, reports and PDFs
  • ✓The portal on your own address, like portal.youragency.com
  • ✓Client emails sent from your own domain
  • ✓Help docs on your address that leave out anything naming DEMG

Every client in one place

  • ✓An agency dashboard: what’s waiting, what’s scheduled and what went live this month, for every account
  • ✓A client account for each business, on Growth or Authority
  • ✓Agency owners, admins and members across every client, plus client-only access
  • ✓What each client has used of its plan this period

Your prices, your billing

  • ✓ACE never shows your clients a price list
  • ✓Connect your own Stripe and send payment links at your price; ACE’s share comes out automatically
  • ✓Buy Ad strategy reports ahead and run them for any client; they don’t expire, and a failed one is given back

Tools to win and keep clients

  • ✓Prospect audits: ACE scores a company you’re pitching and sets out what you’d build, as a PDF or a no-login link
  • ✓Visibility reports: search, AI answers, reviews, social and ads, against up to three competitors
  • ✓Meeting prep: a one-page brief for a check-in, strategy review or renewal, and action items pulled from your call transcript
  • ✓Review each client’s monthly analysis before the client sees it

A 30-minute call. We go over wholesale pricing, how you’ll bill clients, and which clients to start with.

The risk

What you're risking, and what you're not.

You see the product before you pay. The demo is the real portal. Click through every screen first.

Nothing publishes without approval. Every article waits in the queue until someone, on your team or the client’s, approves it.

Your clients see your brand. Not ours, and never our prices.

Ending an account deletes nothing. Its Brain, plan and articles are kept, and articles already on the client’s site stay there.

So what you’re risking right now is a 30-minute call. You’ll know on it whether the numbers work for your agency.

Questions

The questions agencies ask before they start.

What does ACE cost an agency?

+

Agency pricing is wholesale: an agency fee that includes ACE for your own business, plus a price per client account. It depends on how many clients you bring and how you bill them, so we set it on a short call instead of listing it here. Book an agency call →

Can I put my own brand on it?

+

Yes. Your logo, colours and name go on the portal, the emails, the reports and the PDFs. The portal can run on your own address, like portal.youragency.com, and client emails can come from your own domain.

Will my clients see DEMG or your prices?

+

They never see a price list. What you charge is up to you. On your own portal address, clients see only your brand, and the help docs there leave out anything that names DEMG.

How do I bill my clients?

+

Your way. Invoice them the way you do today, or connect your own Stripe and send each client a payment link at your price. Payments land in your Stripe and ACE’s share comes out automatically. Refunds and disputes are yours to handle.

Can my team work across all my clients?

+

Yes. Agency owners, admins and members work across every client. You can also invite someone who works on one client only, including the client’s own people, as an admin, editor or viewer.

Does it help me win new clients?

+

Yes. Run a prospect audit on a company you’re pitching. ACE scores what it finds and sets out what you’d build, using your own service names, as a PDF or a link that needs no login. It never shows a price.

Will it sound like each client?

+

Each client gets its own Brain, with that client’s voice, offers and the words they never use. Early on ACE writes one article at a time and learns from every edit, so later drafts need fewer.

Does it make things up?

+

That’s the failure the gate exists for. Every cited source is checked against its page. A draft with fewer than two sources, or a claim that isn’t in the client’s Brain, is held back and never reaches you. Report numbers are measured from the client’s accounts, never written by a model.

Does ACE post to social accounts or send emails?

+

No. ACE drafts an email and social posts for every article, and you or your client send them from your own tools.

How long until a client’s articles rank?

+

Weeks to months, not days. A new article commonly shows its first impressions in Search Console within a few weeks and settles into a stable position over two to six months. Competitive searches take longer. We don’t guarantee rankings, and you shouldn’t promise them either.

Is client data used to train AI models?

+

No. Each client’s Brain and connected data are used only for that client’s workspace. The providers that run the AI models do so under agreements that bar them from training their own models on it.

Who this isn't for

ACE isn't for everyone. Skip it if this is you.

  • ✕You want to publish client content nobody reads first. ACE expects someone, on your team or the client’s, to approve every article.
  • ✕You need someone to run your clients’ ads, shoot video, or post on social for them. ACE writes articles and drafts the email and social posts.
  • ✕You promise clients rankings by a date. Nobody honest can, and ACE won’t help you pretend.
  • ✕You want a one-off batch of content. ACE is a daily engine, built for retainers.

If none of that is you, you're exactly who we built it for.
